Lego and Presentations – The Missing Link

Wednesday, January 11th, 2012 by Simon Morton

Lego – everyone knows about the rise and rise of the eponymous plastic bricks but what exactly is the secret of their success and how can it help your presentations succeed?

Whatever your message, creating a compelling presentation relies on getting the core ‘building blocks’ correct.

At Eyeful we do this through a little process we call Presentation Optimisation™. Our consultant will help you identify the key elements which will become the blocks of your presentation.  Our designers will then provide the inspiration and dexterity needed to make them into something special.

This is where the link between presentations and Lego kicks in…

The stunning simplicity of the basic Lego concept (small plastic blocks) bears little or no relationship to what can be built with them – creating a whole which is so far removed from the sum of its parts as to be unrecognisable. But, and this is the important bit, if the blocks themselves were not perfectly formed and able fit together efficiently then no amount of enthusiasm, talent or imagination would produce the results.

If you’re tired of looking at a wall when you could be looking at a sculpture, just drop us a line and we’ll help you out with a little Eyeful magic.
