Wow! What a day yesterday was – it was the longest day of the year and we rammed it full of fundraising for our partner charity – Alzheimer’s Society.

The day started with everyone forming teams for another Eyeful Taskmaster event organised by Jack and Lorna…

We were put through our paces in a series of challenges such as See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil, Chain Reaction and Strong Arm Tactics!

Other fundraising included a ‘cob shop’ as Liz, Lloyd and Ross cooked and sold bacon rolls to Eyeful staff and all the other businesses in Desford Hall, selling a whopping 52 cobs! As well as a ‘bake sale’ by Vicki and Sam and a ‘sweet shop’ by Liz.

We absolutely smashed our target of £100, by raising almost £250! So well done Team Eyeful!

If you would like to make a small donation to our very worthy charity the Alzheimer’s Society, you can do so right here

We raised how much for charity?!

rsz_1eyefulupalooza_polaroidsThis year’s annual Eyefulpalooza took place on Friday just gone and was a huge success.

Not only did the clouds part and provide a beautifully sunny day, but we also smashed our charity target by almost double…

Our sponsored events of rounder’s matches, sumo wrestling and bouncing babies were complimented by chef Simon on the BBQ and also the debut gig of the Eyefulites…

I am also very pleased to say that we doubled our original target by raising over £500 for our chosen charity The Alzheimer’s Society!!!

And we are not stopping there, if you would like to donate to this very worth charity please just click here

Breaking News!!!

Eyeful Presentations has an important announcement to make…

And to deliver this information to you, we thought we’d do what we do best, create an engaging story and apply the highest level of design quality.

Unfortunately this file got accidentally deleted (nice one Simon!) and we quickly cobbled this together…

Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Eyefulapalooza was a winner!

Friday, August 23rd, 2013 by Simon Morton<

Wednesday saw our first annual Eyefulapalooza and we’re pleased to say that a good time was had by all.

We’ve recovered from the physical exertion, sought counselling for tombola addiction, allowed the cake induced sugar rush to subside and already started planning what we’re going to do next year.

And we raised £361.22 for The Alzheimer’s Society.

Here’s a taste of what we got up to in the name of charity, see you all next year!

Blisters & Big Green Boxes – The Dartmoor Challenge

Monday, September 17th, 2012 by Simon Morton<

This weekend saw a hardy (some may say foolish) band of Eyeful bods rise to the challenge and head down to Dartmoor.

On paper, it all looked so very simple – walk through the beautiful Dartmoor hills with friends, chatting, laughing and carrying a very large green box supplied by charity Shelterbox.  The reality was somewhat different with swathes of swearing, sweating and sunburn gripping the team. Oh, and the box(es) were a nightmare…

Despite the ridiculously steep hills, iffy navigation and danger of overdosing on snack bars, we all remained friends and, thanks to the massive generosity of customers, family, colleagues and friends, managed to raise a huge amount of money for the brilliant people at Shelterbox.  There’s still time to contribute if you’d like to – simply click through here.

We’ll be there next year…fancy joining us?

It’s for Charity…Eyeful Adventures Afoot!

Friday, August 17th, 2012 by Simon Morton<

As our much respected MD, Simon Morton has been the source of some truly great ideas – Blended Presenting and Presentation Optimisation being just two of his inspirational thunderbolts.

Apparently not content with providing excellent presentations around the globe Simon has recently come up with something completely different – The Dartmoor Challenge…

Using his most secretive salesman whiles Simon has managed to persuade/cajole/enthuse us to the point where a 30 mile trek on Dartmoor seems like a marvellous thing to do.

So on September 15th and 16th we’ll be traipsing the wilderness in aid of Shelterbox and in doing so we hope to raise enough money for a couple more of their ingenious disaster relief kits.

If any of you would like to make a donation towards our worthy endeavour please click here If the rest of you can just cross your fingers for some half decent weather, we’d appreciate that too!
